Didn't you see how impressive the Moor's architecture was? Their quest for knowledge and enlightenment, and fairness was at the time far better than Europe's. Architecture is indeed a good thing, We have thousends of castle ruins and buildings from the medieval age all over my country - Not only the muslims had the ability to build buildings like that.

@HeirOfBabylon 249 years before the Ottomans took Constantinopolis (Byzantium/Istanbul) from the Byzantine Empire, the Crusaders had established the Latin Empire in 1204 AD, destroyed Constantinopolis, stole its treasures & took it to Vinece, Rome, & elsewhere!

@anarmehtievful It was the Muslims that destroyed Constantinopel and enslaved/massacered its christian population, Not the Chatolics of Europe. It was the Muslims that deformed the churches into mosques. As a result of the Muslim conquest of byzantium Empire - Eastern Europe had to suffer greatly by Muslim invasions attempts. It wasnt until the Holy league lead by bitter Spanish chatolics that the Muslims finally were stopped.

It was the greed of christianity that sacked Constantinopel, Not the Europeans. The chatolics of Europe viewed the ortodox Byzantians as primitives and not "Worthy" of being christians. As i stated in my previous comment, Christianity is just as primitive as Islam and still is in places such as the US.
