Cthulus red headed step child...The never sleeping for want of eating unholy stench of the manticore...Where does Fallon come up with this? Awesome...
Cool, thanks man...I've been listening to them since '93, but I didn't know that about him. Somehow it's not surprising. Didn't they use to drive monster trucks or something?
yeah i'm sure he reads all the time. The rapture of ridley walker is about an amazing book called ridley walker. I'd bet that clutch has other songs about books too.
"Zeitgeist" is like the tip of the iceberg. it is a real good place to start finding answers if you are one of the people who still has no idea what the hell is REALLY going on in this bizarre reality we inhabit.
@wretchedSTONER Yes, but just remeber that this film comes from a media source as-well which means it's corrupt not to say there aren't facts there are especially about the percession of the zodiacs, and some other facts as-well the comparison of jesus to all the others that came first was pretty wild, but the final suugestion still points you toward thier agenda of a 1 world goverment, they just sugar coat it and tell you to worship gaia mother earth.
@wretchedSTONER Now if you go back and watch it again it fits the agenda perfectly just look at the news today about how we are "fucking up the earth" so to say, it is getting warmer and crap, well its getting warmer on Saturn Jupiter and even pluto but this info does not get to the people. Wonder why??? All I got to say is never give up your firearms America thet take a few more of our civil liberties from us each day by fuckers like Micheal Moore and other misleading ass holes
damn it man. i accidentally deleted your last comment. i went to hit reply and hit remove like a dumbass. and i totally know where your coming from. like i said, zeitgeist is just the tip of a very huge iceberg. ive been skeptical of the whole global warming thing ever since theyve been pushing it down our throats. ive been aware that other planets were also warming up for a while. the earth has actually been getting cooler since 1998 from what i read recently.
@wretchedSTONER sometimes I feel like a crusader we need to inform as many as possible don't get dicouraged when the people closest to you think youre crazy time will tell.
well the earth has definitely gone through different periods of warming and cooling. take for example the Jurrasic era where temperatures were way higher than now, and then of course the ice age.
However that doesn't mean that constantly spewing carbon emissions into the atmosphere while simultaneously destroying our forests and oceans is good for the earth.
@greenmedicineman wtf it doesnt matter if other planets are getting warmer BECAUSE WE DONT LIVE ON THEM and are already uninhabitable i like the band but i seriously think you have major down syndrome.
I been listening to these dudes since the first time my brother took me to see them @ "Harpos" in Detroit when I was like eleven years old... 1992...Holy Shit I'm gettin old. I and I have seen em' at least once a years since then, some years twice or thrice!
Same here, someone sent me the vid of Burning Beard when Robot Hive came out. Thought it was pretty cool, but never really looked into their stuff. Then when they dropped Beale Street, someone sent me Electric Worry. I went out and bought Robot Hive. Loved it, bought Beale Street, Elephant Riders and their Self-Titled. I am now obsessed with Clutch and love to play bass along with Dan Maines' funky riffs.
"this guy has a degree in english lit. his lyrics always make sense in some form or another."
Very true... I find Neil's lyrics to be among the most clever out there. I guess he's just a little too clever for the average dude (read mmdring)... but if you're into literature and comparative religion you're likely to catch most of the references.
I would suggest that Neil has read alot of Philosophy and Religion.
Comparative study yes and that is called THEOSOPHY.
Highly recommend The Secret Doctrine by H.P.Blavatsky and of course ZEITGEIST MOVIE
I was always unable to stay within the "box" so comparative study seemed quite natural and the way most people just accept their cultures religion seems very VERY uhm to put it nicely...Odd
Clutch Rocks and yes Neil is the "illest ventriloquist this side of the mississippi river ah"
I'll be entertained...

And just when you thought it could get no stranger,
May I present the semblance of a Scandinavian doppelganger.
My favorite rock rhyme ever, my favorite band, and Neil Fallon's lyrics just can't be touched. Brilliant!
