I'm not trying to give you shit brother, I never had the chance to see the Germs either, but is watching an actor parading around on stage pretending to be Darby Crash the same as seeing the Germs in '79? This is not a consolation for those who weren't around, this is a mockery of what the Germs used to mean. Shane west even created a stage name to mimic Darby. If that doesn't scream "copy" i don't know what does.
