what do you reinforce it with.. bamboo? or steel.

how about a re-title - paper crete poured into a form without a tilt up which we will do at a later date, maybe.

the panels we made later for our fence were all 4' x 8'. Each panel received 60lbs of paper and 60lbs of Portland cement. We tried lots of other mixes, but that is the least expensive with reasonable strength.

So far so good. What happened to the tilt up and the fence? I mean, it ends with a wet slab in a form. It's been a lot longer than 1.5 weeks - it must be dry by now. Is there a part 2 I missed? Cool so far.
