  • hey hey! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my sister lost plenty of fat.

  • I'm an ectomorph, started off at around 139lb, I'm not about 200 with about 20% body fat. This is due to over eating hugely and junk food. I can easily loose weight if I want to though, would you recommend cardio for me or would I risk loosing muscle? Thanks

  • Alright there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got amazing Six pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • @boredguyification A quick tip, drink alot of water, 5-6 bottles a day, drop the sugar. Metabolism pills can also help. But excersize aswell, even if it is just walking to start off.

  • @ilightbite The twins did better than usual in this video. Only one major barf. You're not going to lose muscle walking faster on a threadmill, give me a break. ANY kind of cardio burns fat, if you keep it up. Jumping rope is ok, probably not great for knees. I prefer one of those air res bikes. The best exercise for loosing fat? While at dinner table eating, put both hands, palms against table edge, push firmly, then get up and stop shoving food in your mouth. Works great!

  • @14POLAND88 doing any cardio will make you loose strength but dont worry its gota be done its not like you will never get the strangth back, btw going gym 5 times a week isnt a good idea i would say 3-4 times a week

    But to answer your question, if you are eating enough protein and calories then your body is being fed and does not need to utilize your muscle tissue as fuel. You know what I mean?

  • yo, all my life i been on the skinny side, like i can eat anything i want and not put on weight and always had abs etc naturaly from hardly any working out and a decent toned chest, but since i turned 25 i suddenly started putting on weight for no reason! my abs started disappearing under fat aswel! am i an ecto morph or an endo morph (or whatever you call it) and what do u suggest i do to burn off the body fat fast? slow treadmill or jump rope? i dont wana get too bulky,just toned n not fat!lol

  • @stinkyslinky432 Of course you can. If your blood pressure is balance not low or high you will lose weight about 1pound a week at best. Pure healthy wont lose muscle. A diet like that means not starving yourself or eaying anything that will spike your insulin like bad sugar and simple carbs.

Ali jumped a little rope and then he moved on to work on a million other things. He didn't jump rope all day you stupid asshole. And if there are a few who jump rope all day then they must be lightweigths and they are at risk for leg problems.

Those tiny ass fitness women; 8-packs. Hannibal for King; definitely an 8-pack! I have an 8-pack-all genetics trust me but I do work out my abs smartly. The truth: its fucking expensive to have a 6/8-pack! Eating lean is expensive! Low intensity cardio is time consuming! One hour 4-5 times a week on just cardio?!

  • @MrIExertion I would say lower abs. Because of genetics the average male's torso is too short for the bottom 2 of the 8 to be showcased well AND they are extremely hard to bring out. Look at Kai Green's or Branch Warren's torso and you see only 6 to my point because of short torsos. Hip thrust are the best to bring out the bottom 2 if genetics allow it! Roman Chair knee raises, hanging ab exercises also help - with diet and cardio. ;-) Good luck reaching your goals mate!

    They are because all you have to do is do like 3 ab crunches a week and get your body fat low enough and you get this lame outline of a 6 pack, that's what I mean by pussy abs.

    Someone like flexforall2 (search him) are the abs I want - and nearly have.

  • @m0sthated80 High protein high fat low carb diet. I keep my carbs under 20 a day. If you take in a lot of protein and fats and low carbs, your body will burn stored fat for energy. Since you are taking in a lot of your calories from protein and fat, you can keep the cals up. It works well for me. It is like a CKD diet I believe. You can grow on it but it is hard. Do low intensity cardio. 45 minutes a session. Walk at a 3.5 mph pace. Also with this diet carb up once a week.

    its all about getting your heart rate in that zone that burns fat and not muscle. A steady pace for a duration of working then resting then back to working all in a continuous set of times will do it for ya, it kicks ass.

  • yeah if you have some belly fat and you do a lot of ab exercises the muscle will push the fat out even more and it'll actually make you look even fatter. so the best way is to lose the fat and then start building the muscle
