In the video you stated women use the neck strips to wrap their hair as men use when they get hair cuts, actually there are wrap strips for your hair. They are a little larger than the next strips and are stretchable, by slightly wetting the end of the wrap strip it will stay in place while drying your hair. Just FYI

I like this . I want to try to do a quick weave on my own hair. I'm soooooo scared. Any tips for 1st timers? I've watched soo many tutorials on youtube on how to do your own hair. I think your tutorial by far is the best. Take care and God Bless
@kb90810 The best tip when it comes to gluing it in is to try not to use too much glue and make sure your wearing either the paper or the shower cap underneath the wave cap so you can protect your real hair.

A shower cap of course. I watched someone elses tut, & she only used the wig cap. I did it last wk, & was soooo diappointed to find that the glue was immbedded in my corn rolls underneath. My hair came out a bit & it took forever to comb thru. I had 2 wash it several xs. I thought i'd nvr try it again, until now that is. Thank you
Omg no! Never just use a wig cap only, the glue seeps right thru it. I can imagine how hard it was to take the glue out of you hair. But yes the shower cap gives you the wig-like affect to wear you can take it off just like a normal wig, but the paper will stay on your head if you dont want to remove it as a wig.
I love it! I am not into wigs/weave, but I am doing the healthy hair thing and need to do some protective styles. Question, do you take the cap off during the time you have the hair on??? Just thought about that because in my mind right now I see you being able to shampoo, etc., and put it back on....what do you think??? great job though. Did you just glue in circles around your head until you reached the crown?
Ok the shower cap makes the hair into a wig-like unit,so you can take this off your head and wash it. Now I did glue the tracks unto the stocking cap and I didnt touch the nape of my neck nor the front edges of my forehead just so the weave would be easy to lift off just like a wig.
