I have the pixi and it never takes that long to load for videos, I think something was just going on, like maybe youtube was acting up. It is also pretty quick with web pages. I personally like the pre better, but I was paying for it without an upgrade and it was a $50 difference.

But some improvements from a phone from the early 2000's is BAD, you need revolution and even their newest one gets bad reviews cuz its processor sucks. Never buy RIM! Pixi is amazing.

Beware!! This phone fades when you are in a warm environment. I am in Tucson, AZ and as soon as it hits 85-90 degrees the screen goes blank/black. The phone looks like it is off. The refrigerator cures it faster. Major issue here that needs immediate attention.

Well I got mines from best for $99 dollars and it just went up to $149 maybe after the holidays the price might drop but the palm pixie is still $99 dollars. This is great no matter what people may say about it, just make sure if u do get the palm pre to conserve battery life, turn off wifi and gps and other app and it'll last you for two days more depending on what you're doing with it.
