Hey guys, I uploaded a really cool fight scene from Samurai Jack, no amv, no music over it, original fight scene with original sound, check it out on my channel.
wait... i thought wing chun was created by a women named Ng Mui [who was one of the five masters] because she helped a girl name Wing Chun fight off this warlord who wanted to marry her O-o. anyway....SAMURAI JACK FTW. this should come back on cartoon network
@drunkbygreentea Ummm... don't talk like you know jack shit when you obviously don't. Wushu is actually ALSO another name for chinese Kung Fu. Look it up. You're thinking of the sport/exhibition wushu, the art/technique of wushu itself is the exact same thing as chinese kung fu. In fact: Wǔshù literally means "martial art". It is formed from the two words 武術: 武 (wǔ), meaning "martial" or "military" and 術 (shù), which translates into "discipline", "skill" or "method."
@PerfectChaosZeta give me a break you fucking know it all. you were right, i was talking about SPORT WUSHU and what i MEANT was that people keep calling SPORT WUSHU "kung fu". THAT is why i said kung fu is REAL chinese martial arts because i am tired of people looking at SPORT WUSHU and calling it the same thing as the traditional arts. and seriously? you think YOU know more than me? go show off your wikipedia copy and paste skills somewhere else.
@drunkbygreentea You're the one denouncing shit as "fake" and vaugely announcing a wide category of shit as "fake" or performance dance when much of it is not. Yeah, I did use wiki, because it's an excellent source of information. You were being an obstinate asshole and no one is calling sport wu shu Kung Fu anyway, so I used INTERNET POWER to prove you wrong. Why you so mad tho?
@PerfectChaosZeta the reason why i'm mad is stated in my previous post. and i don't know what happy sun shiny place you live in, but where i live there are a lot of narrow minded shits. THERE ARE people who call sport wushu "chinese martial arts" but in reality it's just a lot of running and prancing around. they learn the moves but they have no idea what the moves mean or what it's for. one guy even came up to me and said "oh, i just do it because it looks cool". THAT is not martial arts AT ALL
@PerfectChaosZeta bottom line: kung fu and wushu are separate in my eyes. wushu may literally mean MARTIAL ART, but in reality it is used to describe the modern demonstrative sport. although "kung fu" means "hard work", it's used to describe the actual chinese martial arts. you calling chinese martial arts "wushu" is what i consider to be an insult despite "wushu" literally meaning "martial art". i may be an asshole, but i know what the fuck i'm talking about.
Good Job, I used to see this on cartoon network and I get hooked by the concept and I realized that there was a lot of kung fu on it. Congratulations to all involved.

Martial Arts is a combination of body and soul. It teaches respect but also how to defend yourself.
