@R4R45 that means you have a lot of sustain on or gain. I can't tell if you mean feedback, which is the high obnoxious sound you get when you let your guitar sit. That would mean you're 1. too close to your amp or 2. you have high gain. Feedback is sound bouncing off the strings and back through the amp. Sustain is just when the notes hold for a long time.

@vincent50cent you can tune your low E string to match the 3rd or D string. They become octaves. Then you can tune it back up to an E by matching the 5th fret of the low 'E' string to the next string 'A'. If that makes sence

@vincent50cent here if you wanna do that just go the E string to the 7th fret...pick the E and A at the same time and tune the E string to match A..once you do that your in drop d and guitar playing is so much crunchier. have fun.

@oreocraze11 it's all palm muting. Your hand rests against the strings to mute them and it comes out sounding staccato. hope that helps!
