I seriously don't know what you're asking. If you mean how do you continue into windmill... well just push with your arms. this isn't a good example my coindrop here is almsot form a handstand. look in the 1 year later one it's a bit lower.

I do push up, it's to slow down my alling so I have enough time to kick. I dunno if it's right or wrong, but that's how I do it. The only thing is that I think i'm dropping down from too high. I guess the better (faster you kick) the lower you can drop from.

wait let me answer it more clearly, When going on my forearms, I pretty much try to put my head on teh floor, (I know i'm not putting it on the floor, I'm trying too) And at the same time try to move my but upwards. Also if you get enough speed you can use the mommentum from your spin to help you get up.

lol it sdoesnt matter if you think you're doing it wrong cos mate, those are the cleanest non-pro coindrop to mills ive seen, and slowest too - which makes it even more impressive lol because i find it hard to do forearm mills without wasting a lot of energy doin it...i guess it need more practice lol
