On your mission will you be preaching the Truth of Jesus Christ? That he is the Messiah. That there is no way to the Father but through the Son Jesus Christ...that it is not by works alone lest no man boast? The true Gospel...God Insipired? Just wondering...
i know the age for missionaries is 19, but what do they do with the year after high school and before the mission? do they go to college? work? i would love to do a mission but i'm not sure if i should start college, then drop out when i'm called. any sugestions?
Man...the exctitement makes me so anxious for my mission call!...I wish i had a family member to be that exciting/supportive of me!...u are really lucky...ARGHHH...i have to wait 2 more flippin years!
I am a former member of the Church of Jesus Christ and latter day saints. I came to the realization after researching mormonism and Joseph Smith as a prophet of God that it was all a made up fairy tale. There was no Golden Plates. It's all a real good story and that is all it ever will be.
Tulsa! My brother is also there! That is so crazy. Does Doug know a Elder Jon Terry? He has been serving mostly in Branson but has been recently transfered to Tulsa. It was crazy though, watching the movie, I knew I recognized the mission president and his wife but I didn't know where. That is great!
I remember getting my mission call. Now, in hind sight, I should have sent it back to ol' Spencer W. Kimball, the old coot, and told him to shove it up his ass. What a waste of MY time at MY expense, hawking the useless Mormon crap.

I hope you get to serve in Carthage, MO or in Ft. Smith, AR or in Tulsa itself.

Are you serious? Nobody even told me and I've been reading the Book of Mormon every day for the past 6 years or so.
I even did one of those mission things. Oh this is awful. All that time wasted.
