Yup, it's the story of Samson and Delilah. Frank wrote almost all the songs for the Pixies. Lots of biblical references, as well as references to UFO's, weird sex, and violence. A lot of these songs were written when he was a teenager. It's astonishing at a teen could come up with stuff like this.
