  • Thanks a lot a Man!!I will be able to speak your language soon as I will be in Stavanger by November 2011

  • This is a really good less..the vowel sounds are very clear to hear and easy to reproduce with the examples--tusen takk!

  • Haha this rocks, good way to make studying fun haha ! Thanks for doing this, helps a lot :)

  • i want to learn this language because my friend knows it and i find it interesting :) i wanna surprise him,but howcome we (meaning the u.s) dont have those cool letters?

  • Thank you this is awesome.. am just beginning to learn Norwegian and this is a great place to start.

  • love your language,, quite difficult but amazing,,this is indeed a great help for me,someday i wish to speak norwegian, btw,,does it apply to all regions, i mean the way you pronounced the letters?

  • I love Languages! I love Languages! I love Languages! But this one, Norwegian, is one of the most difficult ones I've tried to learn so far. I know, I know: Arabic or Chinese is fairly harder, but consider that for sb who speaks Spanish as a native language, such these strange sounds are very uncommon. In fact I only know how to pronounce Öslo, and having learned English, somehow helps me a lot. (with the new pronunciation, I mean) Sorry for the mistakes. See u later!!!

  • its really helpful for me!!!

  • by the way very entertaining..to hear your errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!thanks

  • hei på deg,, why cant we try words that i can use to answer the questions in the job interview..It is really hard to composed a sentence in norwegian and to think that it should be in correct grammar or else i will not get the job!!! Please...help!

  • The I and the Y sounds are supposed to sound the same right??

By the way, you're vids are really cool, i really want to learn Norwegian!!! :)

  • @0007Laranja0007 Eh, no. They are two completely different sounds ;p

  • he wrote "hadet" wrong... it's " hade" ;) ... remember that for the none norwgians here. I am norwegian ;L

  • lol AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • I am moving to stavanger next month and your lessons have been of great help. Thank you.

One more thing, can you please tell me what software you used to make your videos? after seeing your video i thought it would be nice to make and release a set of lessons of my language in youtube.

  • @sankar1408 I use a rather simlple program to make my videos ;P iMovie on my Mac. Just for interest; what is your language?

  • Thanks mate, i wanna learn norsk, gotta Oslo, i heard there are two types of norwegian, bokmal and something else, what are those types and what is the difference between, etc....,

    Good work,

    Cheers.

  • @quasarsumanth bokmål is the main form of the language. nynorsk (new-norwegian) is another form, or rather a dialect of the language which every kid with a norwegian mother tongue have to learn. nynorsk is (hated) considered very unnessecary to learn by very many people as it is completely understandable by both a nynorsk and a bokmål speaking person. examples:

kaster [bok.] - kastar [nyn.] (throws)

    øye - auge (eye)

    eksempel - døme (example)

  • ohhhhhhh now i wanna watch all the videos with that incredibly sexy voice! yumm!

  • Sorry, men du snakker litt rart engelsk... liksom "hæi mæi næim is....." istedenfor "Hai, mai neim is......" .

  • I'm going to watch your videos everyday until I can pronounce every word that you teach us! Tusen takk! Look forward to more lessons from you!

  • @zhq09Y Fantastic ;D Thanks for the nice comment also ;P

  • You pronounced L, M, N wrong.

    You pronounced them by Dialect.

They are pronounced EL. Not ÆL.

  • @NightStreet50 Jeg vet jeg gjør det noen ganger :( Er trlnder sjø, så det blir litt vanskelig noen ganger... men prøver så godt jeg kan i hvert fall ;P

  • I have lots of relatives back in Norway, and this is so helpful in preparing me to communicate with them when I visit!

  • Very nice. I thought that Brazilian and Norwegian alphabets pronounces were completely different, but I saw that they're more likely than different, except for Norwegian special words.
