Where in Taiwan do you live? The visibiilty at Green Island and Orchid Island is great for both diving and snorkeling. I've snorkeled along the other Islands - Shiao Liu Chiu and Penghu, not bad, but not too much too see though!

I don't have any scuba gear. Any place for snorkel in Taiwan that offers good visibility? Thanks
