Well, it depends on the Poke'mon. Like if you have a shiny Kingdra which is normally purple, it would turn pink in PBR.

i have a few shinys:

a magby in crystal (hatched)

a tentacool in leaf (caught)

mightyena in emerald (evolved, cloned and sent to pearl)

a charmander in pearl(hatched)

and lugia in silver (deceased)

the shiny can change stats somewhat in diamond and pearl. i have found that out myself.

sometimes the game thinks it's a shiny or doesn't know once a "shiny" shellos appeared and it wasn't shiny colored but my game said it was Shiny

It's at random, but the chances are extreamly unlikely.

the only easy way (besides hacking) to get a shiny is to get a desent poke radar chain or so iv heard

The reason i said that was seeing how strong it is i wanted to battle it using oe of my legendaries for a good challange it's more fun to fight other peoples pokemon than to fght one that are in the game

shiny pokemon r infact better cause shinies have slightly better stats then normals but it doenst mean its always like that, shinies r just rare little things with decent stat ^^but its nothing compared to something like a really good IVed pokemon

you do know that they change shiny pokemon from game to game on the bigger systems check colseum and XD along with pbr youll see most pokemon shiny look difrent in each lol.
