You may need to manually apply the firmware update available at esupport.sony.com and the problem should be fixed. My KDL60NX800 was immediately able to access the internet via the wireless again.

What they don't tell you is you have to find the "Get Internet Content" on your tv and click on that and let it load. Then if it still doesn't work, you may have to download an upgrade to your router which you can find on your router's web site for example Netgear.com. I did everything in this video and it still didn't work until I figured the 2 above issues out for myself. Good luck.

My wireless ready Bravia has connected and worked fine. HOWEVER, for some reason since we got the TV other lap tops in my house trying to use the wireless are not working. Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for this video -- it made it better for me to try to figure out how to connect the TV. It wasn't working just using wireless. I ended up having to log on and using the PIN. Good information though! Very useful.

I have the 55 inch nx810, I just hooked this up wirelessly using the dongle for $80, did I even need the dongle? How do I know if it's even recognized? Thanks

I have a problem with my Bravia TV. When connecting wirelessly I do everything like you showed but then it says "connecting to the network. Please wait" for really long and then says "FAILED" under local access and Internet access. Anyone have idea why this is??

@joe7go well what worked for me was basically resetting the whole wireless network. Just call it exactly the same and make the security settings the same (ie password). You computer and smartphone etc should stay connected and it should resolve the problem with the TV. I don't know why this fixed it for me however.

Thanks for posting.......bought a Sony Bravia and dongle for the web and you made it all so simple as the dongle doesnt come with instructions.

this is just insane. look at how long the wireless lan adapter is.. if you hook it up you can see it coming out from the back. thats just stupid. Why cant they make something sizeable and sensible. what is wrong with their design team?

I just bought a Sony LED TV with wireless integrated but was unable to connect it to my home wireless network. Have tried all methods as suggested but it just failed to locate the network. I'm using a ASUS wireless N router with WPS button. Any idea what could be wrong? Thanks.
