Everyone keeps talking about how unrealistic the blood is, but honestly I think that just makes the fight scenes even cooler. It is a movie after all. It's not supposed to be realistic, it's suppose to be awesome. Seeing two ninja fighting to the death with blood flying everywhere is pretty awesome in my opinion. The stylized blood was definitely added intentionally and I think that it was a good decision.
