@sonic26000 The problem is no one buys the games outside of japan. Tales of vesperia barely drew a profit for namco. The localization is expensive and time consuming. I't frustrating being an american tales fan.
@maniacchris It would help if they would actually advertise instead of waiting for some random people to pick it up. I don't know what their problem is, its as if they're trying not to make money. The tales series are extremely popular in Japan, even more so than Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy there, that's more than enough reason for them to release them here.
By the way, concerning Tales of Vesperia, the PS3 version sold more than the 360 version. The Fans were expecting Nameco Banditts to
@sonic26000 Yeah I agree, they don't advertise at all. Whoever is in charge of sales at namco bandai should be fired. I'm just happy they managed to stave up bankruptcy recently. I would hate to see the tales series die.
@maniacchris For the most part you are right but there are a few exceptions, one of them is T.O.S. when it was first released in France they had an advertising campaign on T.V. with 1 out of every 10 commercials being for T.O.S. in the commercials they showed the animated intro the put to the foreign intro music and they advertised the special T.O.S. edition gamecube (light blue with characters on it).
Fighting of the Spirit. Proof that the most epic things come in little packages...wait, wrong saying.
...I am yet to see a bad remix of this song. I must have seen close to a dozen by now...supposedly each Tales game gets their own version from what I heard.
Yes. In recent years Tales has become very popular. My favorites being Phantasia, Symphonia and Abyss.
However, to play the older games I import them from Japan to be able to play them even though they are in Japanese. Because Phantasia was released only after Symphoina, I first heard Fighting of the Spirit in Tales of Symphonia and not form the original Phantasia.
hahs I really like this one!

The Tales of series would be so much more popular if Namco would release all of the tales of games everywhere instead of mainly Japan.
