    Hi

I did say it is Indian fried bread....but it is known by different name in other cuisine...enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight i wasn't correcting you... i was excited about the similarity.

  • @KofykatKashyap

  • Damn this looks lovely. Kinda going to use it as a pita bread. Can't make pita bread because my oven sucks and i don't know how to reheat it.

  • @KofykatKashyap

Well, if oven is not good you can bake on tava....but you don't have fry pita bread...

  • @SuperVeggieDelight if you haven't made a video on making pita bread on the tava could you please.

Very happy to hear that at least I can bring smile on your face. Yes, there are endless possiblities for vegetarians, I realized that well when I was at one of the restaurant which is pure vegetarian and vegan and they had dishes from all around the world. My hubby took me to that restaurant specially eventhough we did not have much time, he managed to take me there and I was surprised looking at menu...I still have to show many recipes so keep enjoying!

    Thanx and enjoy!

  • can we use water instead of milk ? Does it make it less softer when we use water . Or we need to sit it for two hours to make it more soft . Did not try with milk , but ur Bhutara looks very soft and yammy so will copy the whole process . Thanks Bhavana . U are the best .

  • @sonal60in

    Hi

Yes, milk does help to make Bhatures very soft. But if you don't consume milk, then you can use water. Enjoy!

  • you make it look so effortless :-)

That's what my mission is....just want to show people that cooking is really fun, easy and effortless. All it requires is your passion and everything else fall in place automatically....keep enjoying!
