No...No..I did not mean to say that....and if I am wrong, you have right to correct me so don't feel like that please....I am excited as well that Indian cuisine has so much of variety that you can easily blend with other cuisines...keep enjoying!
Sure it will be my pleasure...I am lazy to turn the big oven just for few pita bread so what I do I just bake them like my Indian roti so they also puff great and makes great pocket automatically....so will sure show soon...enjoy!
i plan to go vegetarian real soon. you give me lots of inspiration. i noticed when i just eat vegetarian food i feel less sluggish more alert. i liked your pantry ideas , what does a newbie veggie need to stock up on?
Great choice you are going to make...you can start stacking your pantry with beans, lentils and rice. Depend what kind of food you like..once you watch videos on this channel, you will get lot of ideas...enjoy!
Very happy to hear that at least I can bring smile on your face. Yes, there are endless possiblities for vegetarians, I realized that well when I was at one of the restaurant which is pure vegetarian and vegan and they had dishes from all around the world. My hubby took me to that restaurant specially eventhough we did not have much time, he managed to take me there and I was surprised looking at menu...I still have to show many recipes so keep enjoying!
can we use water instead of milk ? Does it make it less softer when we use water . Or we need to sit it for two hours to make it more soft . Did not try with milk , but ur Bhutara looks very soft and yammy so will copy the whole process . Thanks Bhavana . U are the best .
