  • I believe amazing dot com is carrying it (TAS #3)....it may be PAL tho, best to check.

  • I was hiking by myself near Cool California today singing this song, at least the parts I could remember. (Yes, there is a small town in Northern California called Cool). Red Tailed Hawks were wheeling around in the sky calling out like they understood. I felt in tune with the universe.

  • Man,talk about a room full of talent !!!! Holy Cow ..

  • The WHOLE series from which this is taken is available on DVD AND CD, you may have to search to find it in your territory but it's well worth it

BBC Transatlantic Sessions (Series 3) (2DVD)

  • jerry is amazing

  • I have never commented on a video before. This performance deserves a comment though. It is absolutely superb. This is lovely music, beautifully performed and so pleasing on the ear.

  • What a luxury being backed by Darrell Scott! But Tim O' Brien really deserves the best!

  • This is very nice.

I have one question though, I am unfamiliar with what ever Ronan Brown is playing. An odd form of flute or whistle? I have yet to wander by such an instrument (as far as I know, I just can't recognize it)

  • @sinjin480 I think it is a Native American Style Flute.

  • @bbouch111

It also might be an Irish instrument, Ronan Browne is Irish after all.

  • @Umasanip,Thanks so much for this clean, crisp copy you have posted of such a great work by Tim, Darrell & the Boys. It would be a little piece of heaven to have been present for these recording sessions, and you have captured it in all it's glory. After reading Tim's bio, this song is almost auto-biographical in it's lyrical content. Thanks so much for sharing.

  • Anyone know where to get tabs for this?

  • @xxEdwardTeachxx I figured out the chords. They are F Dm C F Dm C FDm C Bb

Chorus F Bb F C Bb. this is without the capo on the 5th fret.

  • It dos'nt get any better when you get those two sitting next to each other playing music. Beautiful.

  • I have always loved Tim O'Brien's music. Add in Darrell Scott and you have a true musical dream ticket. Wonderful.

  • Very touching !

  • This is pure musicianship - absolutely brilliant. As Sally says, thanks for posting.

  • I LOVE this! Thank you for posting it!
