Really, that would be awesome having an evolution chain for the necrons an nids, maybe like SWTOR but better. Maybe for the guardsmen they could be commissars and shock troopers...although wear light armor. As for the nods instead of actual loot they receive biological upgraded loot, like the claws become bigger, the glands larger and so forth

Here's a game idea for the devs for chaos space marines or space marines let them do a storymode questline where they decide which chapter or chaos god they decide to worship/follow like A chaos space marine would go undivided until he chooses Slaanesh/Khorne/Nurgle/Tzeentc­h, while a space marine would be a....recruit until he chooses Black Templar/Ultramarine/Blood Raven/Spacewolves

Hey everyone totally random comment but I play Fantasy and been thinking of playing 40K, I've been checking out Games Workshops website to see who I'd like to play as.

The stats listed don't have an M like it does for Fantasy models. How do you know how far your guys can go? Does every unit have the same movement? Cause that just seems silly

All rules and limitations regarding movement are laid out in the Warhammer 40K core rulebook. there are different types of units and not all move the same way. for example basic infantry can move a standard 6 inches only, where most tanks can move up to 18 inches in a single phase. there are some vehicles that can move up to three feet at once! What is most different in 40k however is no unit formation trays, every base is seperate so u have more freedom of motion

You have to read the rule book. Different classes have different movement. Infantry usually go 6", Bikes go 12" etc.

i really hope they stop focusing on space marines for their future games, they're getting pretty boring. there are plenty of other, more interesting races to choose from instead of "hold the line battlebrothers, we will kill all xenos blah blah blah..." i mean sm's are pretty one sided and have had their story told already, dont want to start anything but they just need to branch out more rather then doing the same thing over and over again but with different gameplay

I really wish they don't make something WoW-like. Every faction in the game makes alliances and wars depending on the situation, like the Eldar who allies with the Empire of Men in one day and tomorrow is fighting them back.

Of course some alliances wouldn't ever be made, like Chaos allying with Emperium. No, that would never happen.

Or perhaps the best should be each faction fighting for their own without allies, maybe just with occasional alliances.
