@1991NEO How much of the project have you got working? Are the heart rate monitor working? How is it connected to the PIC or the MCU you are using? Regarding the choice of GSM module, have you decided any? In the decision please have the connection method and protocolin mind (RS232, TTL Serial, AT-Commands)
