  • This live episode originally aired on April 24, 1952, and was one of Jack's initial appearances on his closest friend's TV series [they'd often "trade off" by appearing on each other's shows- George and Gracie had previously appeared on Benny's March 9, 1952 episode]. I love the "battle of the monologists", from opposite sides of the stage's prosceniums...
