@DanPrinMan Extra Stout doesn't have a nitrogen widget. If you want the creamy head get the draught style. I think Murphy's Draught is better than the Guiness bottled or canned version. The kegged Guinness pubs have seems to be better than the bottles or cans. Guiness Foreign Extra Stout is their best product available in stores in my opinion and will make a really stiff head (but not as creamy as the draught version).
@someonespadre I pour the draught product into a room temperature glass, right in the center and then let it settle. It isn't supposed to be super cold.

WRONG!!! The second "draw" from the tap is done by PUSHING BACK on the tap, NOT PULLING FORWARD
