VoiceOver changes the controls! I got stuck for like an hour trying to get back to the home screen! I had to go on the apple website to search the new controls when VoiceOver is activated. Very aggravating.

I thinks it a bit funny that Apple had pretty much nothing else to do with there Nano line, or maybe they just had to do something every year, so when the Nano 5G came out, all it had new was a slightly bigger screen, and a camera. Now we lose the big screen, the camera, and even video playback and are left with the Shuffle Touch.

@VicentiuB I've made my Nano bluetooth with a small dongle. search 'Sony Bluetooth Wireless Transmitter for iPod ' at amazon.com. I've been using it for about 3 months and I love it, works with 2 devices at once too. For eg. iPhone and bluetooth headset for Nano. If you are listening to music on your iPod and a call comes in on your phone, the music fades out, take your call and when finished the music will fade back in.

Apple made a good call by leaving the big boy features on the big boy toys; instead of half baked ones like the crappy camera from the last. If you want games, internet, camera, browser, and videos they make something called the Touch. I bought this to clip to my jacket pocket while on my motorcycle. So much better than trying to fumble around in my jeans.

@dragonfistX200 This is a great ipod nano but it's not made for everyone. It's made for people who exercise a lot who don't need games, cameras and so on. It has radio, music, touch screen, pedometer, clock, you can view pics (which was unnecessary but still) and many more. The fact that you don't like it doesen't mean it's offal.

For some reason when I use a jack to plug my nano in a sterio or portable speakers it is realy quiet. It's fine if I use a dock on a portable speaker but when I use a jack to connect it it just sounds way less louder. Can anyone help?

You dont need the 16 GB 8GB is enough for me i have a Shuffle for 4G and it holds a shit load of songs. The new Nano isn't the iPod Touch so its a dedicated music device with multi-touch. The new Shuffle though isn't needed the Nano is......basically a touch based Shuffle

That is an incredibly small piece of technology. That thing's amazing! A 240p touch screen in a package that is less than 4 square inches. Considering a bit of the space inside for hardware is taken up by the 30-pin jack and other things, it's really amazing that they've got 16gb and that 24-hour battery in there. I do know that micro SDs come in 16gb, probly more, but it still seems amazing that those go up to 16gb. To think, we used to use giant records to play one or two songs. Technology...

Well, you would probably need a bigger screen (D'oh! Ipod touch!) because it would kind of be a challenge to play them because of such a small screen. I think that this is the iPod that new, younger kids would enjoy because of the "coolness" of the "touch". Personally, I think they should sell the iPod Nano (5th Gen.) and the new iPod nano (6th Gen.) side by side, so older, more mature adults can still enjoy the original Click-Wheel design. But that's only my opinion.
