I live in a province where 99% of electricity is supplied by hydro-electricity that is set up in such a mannor that does not damage our watersheds, with power deals in the works to the united states... Part 2. I think it was a Japanese who if they get laid off, they would just move to another part of that organization and work. People minimize their potential to a single job, thus limiting themselves.

I think one of the worst things to happen in terms of employment is the outsourcing of factories. Many people depended on those jobs. Now many people to have reevaluate their skills and upgrade them which is something they don't want to do so they find another simple job. Green jobs is a good idea but it is skeptical in terms of effectiveness. My point is that people will assess themselves to a specific job without ever expanding knowledge enough to secure themselves if they get laid off.
