  • poor dog feels humiliated and shamed.....

  • they show you the kind and gentle side of the dog. he could be a biter out in public, thats the only reson they would have one. you people need to open your minds

  • Awww...It's ok baby. Hannibal understands your pain

  • bitch :(

  • I just wonder why u need to muzzle the dog ( or gentle leader ) seems like a really nice dog, u have him indoors and behaves with children around... Its a clear discomfort just when going for a walk should be a highlight for the dog, aswell as yourself ofcourse

  • haha awwww she hates it!

  • assholes :(

  • ooouuu... poor dog...

  • thats just mean

  • my dog is the same way except when we ccome back from the walk she makes a dramatic roll all over the house, pushing her gentle leader until she gets it off or until my husband takes it off. she's so ridiculas!

  • I stopped using the gentle leader because my dog got a callause on his nose. So it does cause discomfort. And after i stopped using it i found other ways to deal with the pulling issue. Theyre really not needed no matter how big and strong the dog is. For whatever reason your dog obviously hates it. You should stop using it cause he seems very distressed. Its ruining what is meant to be a really fun thing for him.

  • AWWW!!! Puppy obviously doesn't need that muzzle... since when has a good dog ever bitten anyone... i bet you're dog is gentle too... you should get rid of it :((( I had a pittbul and i never needed a muzzle... Owners make the dogs who they are.

  • @OnimeNoRice how do you know it never bit anyone. a (gentle leader) and muzzle are for dogs prone to biting are excessive barking and the dog may do that when it goes on walks

  • can you please take that off your dog? its obviously not necessary. Why would you make your dog sad like that? If you're a good owner you'd be able to control your dog without the need for that

  • what a little sook. reminds me of a little kid pouting because he has to wear a coat out to play :P

  • making the pure dog unhappy is not funny at all simple as that

  • It's a gentle leader, it's so the dog won't pull having a dog that big pulling on the leash is no fun for the person walking the dog. I have had to use one as well they can drink and bark with it on.

  • that dog looks so unhappy with that thing on its face. Maybe normal chains are more uncomfortable but dogs are happier with them? Analyse motivation.

  • just put it on faster and get out. so the dog hasn't time to realise and get sad. worked with mine :)

  • Im so sad right now.... ... uuuäääähh

  • awwwww....poor guy...

  • she is sad because the thing in her mouth, she is happy to go out, i think she dosent need that thing in her mouth, besides she looks a calm dog. it is not necesary.

  • Take that fucking thing off of her.

  • I don't know why you bothered to explain that it's not a muzzle....you knew about half of the people posting comments here were going to be too stupid or lazy or both to understand.

  • Take that stupid ass thing off

  • You only do that to a dog if it is vicious. Clearly you dog is friendly. You doing that to your do is just sad....

  • That dog is sad because you're doing something to it it clearly hates you cunt.

  • She's all like.. "I don't even have to pee any more.."

  • My mom puts this on her dog to make him stop barking and he always gets so sad. Every time she does it when I'm at the house, I sneak and take it off for him :S

  • wow its hates the gentle leader, not sure id like my face wrenched up by the clin by a 10 year old either

  • that's cruel

  • awwwww

  • 0:51 WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT? Poor dog:(

  • i hope she actualy got a walk !

  • Isn't the leash supposed to be attached to the gentle leader though? Or am I confused? :S

  • Shes LIke "BITCH LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE"

  • is that really necessary? Even if its not a muzzle, the dog clearly doesnt like it and the only way it can express this is by its body language. It's pretty nasty to make the dog wear it.

  • @sparklepalooza Are you some kind of tool? The dog will learn to like it. My lab uses the same thing. It forces the dog to walk at a comfortable pace with slack on the leash. Without it the dog is pulling at the leash choking herself on her collar. It also is good to stop your dog from biting another dog or person as when you pull it taught it shuts their mouth. Dogs are pets not humans get the fuck over yourself. We worship our pets basically they can deal with being uncomfortable.

  • @therealJeXus "dogs are pets not humans" lulz.. i was already aware of this. My point was that it is not necessary to make the dog wear it. What the fuck is your point you stupid cunt? are you inbred? Umm... you carry on worshipping your pets you failure (because that's not weird).

  • @therealJeXus sounds like you need to train your dog my friend!

  • @therealJeXus always nice to "force your dog" to forge a deep friendship?

  • Perchè la museruola'????????????????????????

  • No, the dog isn't embarrassed about how the thing looks, she just doesn't like it. You can end up hurting a dog by imposing human ideas about situations on them.

  • i can relate to that. My dog does exactly the same thing when i take her for a walk, even when she is jumping up with excitment to begin with

  • Aaawwww that is so cyute !! x3

  • lol she's like hell yeah walk

    -snap-

    ahhh the himuliation,the pain

    Owner:wanna go for a walk?

Dog:no u mad me look crazy Mama...how dare you

    lol Drama Dog

  • Whats Wrong With You! ;(

  • my dog doesn't like his halter harness on either (that's right people it's not a muzzle its a HALTER HARNESS) and he does all sorts of funny things to get it off like roll around on his back

  • @Warrantdylan dogs only really get attacked by other dogs if the dogs are untrained or have useless owners which shouldn't be taking their dogs out anyway. plus it is a Haltee which prevents it from pulling by applying gentle pressure to the nose when they pull.

  • She or he wants to walk but she obviously doesn't like the muzzle

  • @ANDRESROXS It is NOt a muzzle.

  • I used one of these on my dog trust me, they do nothing except make your dog really depressed and uncomfortable, don't bother using it, it wont help your dog one bit.

  • I have one of these for my dog, it's called a Canni-collar. He aint a fan at first, but it really stops him from pulling too hard and he's got used to it over time. Your dog's really cute btw :)

  • someone should put the same thing on you and go outside, you might be happy as the dog =)

  • Thats exactly what my labrador does.

  • Comment removed

  • im sorry. but women just dont think sometimes

  • wow. id just take it off of him if he reacted like that. dumb

  • @Tiroth77 The only reason dogs react that way is because they're having to go from being pushy to having to listen. It's good for them.

  • my dog used to do this to, but I helped her like my gentle leader. Instead of me putting the leader on her I made her come to the leader. I held out the leader and had a treat on the other side, so in order to get the treat she had to put her nose through it. Now she thinks the gente leader is the best thing ever :)

  • she doesnt need that retarded owner

  • @carlusdarienus Are you calling her owner retarded and saying the dog doesn't need their owner, or are you saying 'that' in reference to the gentle leader? Punctuation is awesome-use it!

  • If you want that dog to suffocate itself on a walk be my guest and keep telling her to take it off. Its to help the dog not hurt it.

  • Awww xD

  • awe! she's like "now i look stupid. what if the other dogs laugh at me? i don't even want to go anymore"

  • I'd be sad too if I had to wear a muzzle.

  • @xtoxicurex It's not a muzzle it's a halter, it helps to control dogs who pull on a lead. A muzzle covers the whole snout and is used to stop aggressive dogs biting.

  • We have the same with our collie when she has to wear hers.

  • @nosleeptonight if the dog is ashamed of wearing this then don't put this on him,the dog should feel comfortable while taking a walk because this is a time when the owner only control but does not act like a pack leader and should not rack the other dog down, the dog should be in balance and feel comfortable and if he is allways pulling and does not walk by heel put the neck collar higher up just right beneath the ear because then you can control better but don't be harsh, just giving you advice.

  • @soldisdilja My dog is perfectly happy as she is. She plays up everything, like the video poster says about her dog, she is a drama queen. Not to be rude but I don't need a complete stranger telling me I'm treating my dog wrongly. Everyone has their own opinion on these gentle leader things and for my dog it works, so I'm fine with it.

  • @nosleeptonight i was just giving you an advice and trying to be polite, im sorry for that :S

  • Oh wow. It's Gentle Leader. It keeps the dog from pulling so much on their collars and hurting themselves.

  • NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

    DONT PUT THAT ON HER

THE DOG WILL COMMIT SUICIDE FROM DEPRESSION

    U THINK IM JOKING?!

    ITS HAPPENED

    SCIKENING HEUHEUHEUEHUEHU

    STOP THAT

  • @CorporaLOLPunishment I think someone be trolling :P

  • my dog has to wear one of those...she is so clever...she manages to get it off half way to the beach and im like "S**T!!" :L

  • awwww i wanna give him a hug :~)

  • You need to make the halti a happy thing associate it with treats, put a treat in front of the nose piece so your dog puts it on herself and gets a treat too, this isn't normal lol you say 'dog' 'out' 'going' or 'walk' in my house or go in the kictchen past the lead draw and your screwed its like bouncing dog xD

  • learn how to be a better dog owner you fucking whore

  • @yahoopl3 WTF was this comment for? Some dogs need to be muzzled as it is the law for many of them when out in public. If a dog is dangerous, dependent on breed, or they are classified as a dangerous dog, depending on past actions, then it is the law. From the looks of it she is training him as this may have been one of the first times that her dog has worn this.

  • @WaxItYourself thats not a muzzle its a halti, for dogs that pull not bite, this dog could still bite with a halti on

  • @yahoopl3 WTF? Learn to find out about stuff before you launch such stupid invective crap. IT'S NOT EVEN A MUZZLE. IT WOULD BE USELESS AS A MUZZLE.

  • @IAMOldNick Did I ever say it was a muzzle, you presumptuous stupid son of a bitch?

  • thats just fucking pathetic...if you own a dog and cant literally take control of it being aggressive you shouldnt even own a dog

  • @l235n3p5 its NOT for aggressive dogs!!! its a halti for strong dogs that pull, it is kinder to the dog than a choke chain or harness thats all, sorry for the frustration but everyone is jumping to conclusions lol not even my video and its annoying me

  • @DeathKitty123456 i never heard of such a thing...either way an owner should be strong enough to hold your own dog in place...and im not saying a dog owner should pumping iron (lol) but rather handle what you have...it reminds me of just wearing cloths that are too big, it looks stupid

  • @l235n3p5 It looks stupid but i like haltis they are the best and most painless way of training a dog not to pull, we used one on our old dog, he was a golden retriever and pulled so hard he was gasping for breath. As soon as we put this on he no longer gasped and learned to walk without pulling us :)

  • @l235n3p5 you are the pathetic one. If you are such a dog "expert" (and took the time to read other comments (can you read? :>)) you would see that this is for control of pulling and is no way a muzzle, and a much better way to do it than choking. Some dogs just pull and need these.

  • @IAMOldNick hahaha if you actually read what i typed in every one of my comments you would know that i was IN FUCKING FACT talking about pulling...you shouldnt even need these if you own a dog!

  • owwww :/

  • I FEEL SO SAD FOR THAT DOG! ):

  • ;_;

  • that dog looks truly misserable. remove that thing. and yes it might be spoilt, cause you overfed it? Shes stocky!!!

  • He's clearly associating the muzzle with something bad that happened in the past, maybe he was abused.

  • "...I look ridiculous!"

  • Just a suggestion to people who use this type of harness because their dog pulls. Try a "no pull harness". It is the type that goes around their chest, but when the dog pulls they spin around and have to face you. It is much less uncomfortable and less lightly to cause harm or make your dog unhappy.

  • Your dog dislikes the halter. They can cause serious damage to the eye and there have been cases where it has been so bad the eye has had to have been removed.

I suggest taking your dog to get trained if it has a pulling issue or i strongly advise the gencon..

You will have a happier dog in no time. I swear by them

  • i have a lab who is a wonderful dog. she is lovable, great with people and small kids. unfortunately she can get in fights with other dogs! it's like some insane killer instinct in her is switched on at the sight of a dog. we have the muzzle, but only when we know other doggies might be around. Don't listen to these bad comments....the muzzle is for her own safety and others!

  • Whats with the muzzles? Does she need it? She doesnt like the kinds that would attack. I think its rude to tie them this way..

  • people who commented "he", the people in the family say "she" numerous times and also refer to her as Georgia. Did you even watch the same video?

  • Comment removed

  • does he actually attack people and other dogs? or do you just do that because you're arseholes?

  • @Nemesisx2r he's a lab so probably not, I would say they probably use it because the dog picks too many stuff up or try to eat everything. That's the reason why I was close at getting this for my lab.

  • @Chrillorr very true people should look into fact before making silly comments, are good has on because it stops him pulling on walk as he is a strong dog. He also try's to eat anything even poo so that why some dogs have it on.

  • If he was trained properly with a choke-chain (the only non-cruel, stop-pulling way to go ) to walk beside you , he wouldn't need a harness like that. That said, he looks pretty happy!

  • Comment removed

  • Omg people it isnt a muzzle :P Do you people even have dogs!? Its used for training dogs! Some people use them if their dogs pull to help the dog! Because it means the dog can't be choked.

  • @GymMonkeyy18 LOL. I love how everybody claims to know everything...when in reality, they're clueless. Gentle leaders are awesome. Both of my dogs use them. One day, I stopped at a drive through to get some food after we went for a walk, and the lady working the window yelled at me for having my dogs muzzled. I was like...Ummmmmm......no. Just no.

  • @GymMonkeyy18 if the dog is ashamed then you should not put it on, because the dog should feel comfortable.

  • A DOG CAN NOT HAVE A MUZZLE ON THEM THAT KEEPS THEIR MOUTH COMPLETELY CLOSED! THEY USE THEIR MOUTH TO HELP STAY COOL!

  • @97warlock ermm this isnt a muzzle, it helps the owners to keep the dog in control when they are pulling on the lead and it doesnt stop then from opening their mouths! a muzzle is completely different, the thing she is using helps with training.

  • @97warlock no it doesn't lol what the hell muzzels have you seen ?

  • @deathfeesh They have to be able to open their mouth atleast a little .

  • After years of similar abuse.

    DOG: "ALL HUMANS MUST DIE"

*Shoots out laser beams burning everything to ashes

  • Did the dog bite someone or something? If not, WTF? Poor little thing.

  • Lulz, such a drama queen. :3 (PS, it's not a muzzle.)

  • he looks so sad now the muzzle is on him

  • Be quiet sculshot you fool

  • omg it makes me cry :(

  • How can you do that to him??

  • @lovesagarah Do what to him ? They didn't do anything bad lol they put the gentle lead on which stops him from pulling and lets you have much more control over the dog case anything happens :)

  • Comment removed

  • People!!!!! It isn't a MUZZLE!!! It's let's you have more control over the dog and stop it pulling!

  • HAHA!! The bit when it goes all morbid cracks me up everytime ;D that's what my dog does, except he does it when he's done something wrong :P so cute!!

  • That face thing is entirely unnecessary. Why are you doing that to it? Of COURSE it's unhappy. It has all the ferocity of a wet sock, and it needs a special face lead? Please.

  • Aw, talk about a buzz kill! lol

  • 1:16 "you better learn to sleep with one eye open..."

    XD poor dog

  • That dog doesn't need a muzzle.

    Are you kidding me?

  • Awww bless it! He/she is just like "mehh i dont wanna go walk anymore :( "

  • its not animal cruelty, stfu. Its called training, idiots.

  • Spot the people commenting on this video who dont own dogs and think its a muzzle...*facepalm*

  • Animal cruelty.

  • aaawwww.... poor thing! :(

  • Halters help control a dog painlessly, unlike choke collars, pinch collars, or even regular collars if your dog is energetic enough.

  • That was cruel... =( Videotaping it was even worse... ='(

  • @joanaiaia

    How is that cruel lol

  • i hate those things how bout i bind your mouth?

  • why did you close the dogs mouth

    not good not good

    stop that.hahaha

    not funny

  • OOoWWww haha how cuuute ^___^

  • he is humiliated, i dont blame him

  • Oh that poor poor dramatic puppy :'D

  • why would people dislike this lol it's so adorable

  • aw this is so cute haha

  • Please - come on people!

It's not a muzzle! Does that thing look like it could keep it from biting someone?

These are (apparently, from reading these comments) called halti's, and I use them on my dog. I wouldn't say they are necessary, but as the 'pack leader' (at least from your dog's point of view), you make the rules and you need to control him/her to maintain that.

  • i dont like muzzels or halti's i would never put one on my dog but each to there own its not harming them or anyone .

  • question its a lab y does the lab need something on its face to control it they arent aggressive dogs and should be fine with just the leash

  • @tina363 This can help train the dog not to pull. If one of those children is walking the dog, a lab could easily pull them down if it gets excited.

  • Reassure your dog once you put on her/his muzzle! Give her a treat or a cuddle and her/his response will be 'normal'. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

  • hes probably thinking "all the other dogs will laugh at meeeeee ='( "

  • @mychangedname not to be all serious, but there are several things wrong with that. A) dogs live in the present, they never think about what will happen later and B) dogs have no sense of what they look like or what others think of them.

  • @jazmatician Lol yeah i guess.

  • @jazmatician But they have every sense of putting something on them that they don't enjoy.

It's not a muzzle. Muzzles generally cover the entire snout and mouth, so that they cannot reach anything with their teeth, while still giving them space to use their tongue and open their mouths.

  • that looks just like my dog maggie that died 5 years ago from a seizure :'(

  • That's a awesome looking Labby! We use Gentle leaders on our 2 and they hate it because it put's you in charge and they can't act up. Such a cutie :)

  • Why is there so much hate in this video? It's not like she abused him or anything. It's cute as hell.

  • why do you have to muzzle a nice dog like that?

  • click on :54 over and over

  • I have a cat...

  • poor thing

  • my dog leaned and waved his head like that when he had an ear infection, that harnest looks like its making him go through agony

  • I have a chocolate lab and he's like that when he knows we're gonna take him for a walk, but when his tail wags a 1000 miles an hour, his butt and his whole body wags with it, it's hilarious! :P BWAHAHAHAHAHAAH! I love how depressive the dog gets at the end xD
