Brian Jones couldn't write any music worth a shit and all he did was dabble in a number of instruments and never mastered any. He was jealous that Keith and Mick wrote the songs that made them the stones. Early Jones stones is crap compared to the Mick Taylor era. Everyone pretty much knows this. He couldn't play lead, barely could play slide, and Mick played a better harmonica.
