well, u know I also use that standing enzugiri as my semi finisher and my finisher is a kind of sternum breaker. U run towrds ur opponent and hit them with the tip of ur knee (the tip of the knee, not the entire knee). and it hurts like hell. And of course I use AC Nirvana'a vertebreaker. I call it Minutes To Midnight.

u guys keep going with the match til someone is too tired to keep going? im an avid fan of weight lifting an after like 20 min or so im just so tired from lifting heavy weights that i just cant keep going an so tired i cant lift even 10 pounders.. plus u guys even though u hit a very soft looking mat it does start to give u headache.. im sure thats another reason that contributes to one of u guy winning an losing.. or are they pre-determined also?
