I do not think every case of sleep paralysis is instigated by a demon, by that same token (from personal experience mostly) I do not think every case of sleep paralysis is just that. Involuntary out of body experiences is occult power. I'd seek liberation from a deliverance minister if I were you.

@bobbitcat you know what ive noticed about "pain pills" such as OC, Roxicodone, oxymorphone, ext.. they do not take pain away, they only make you not care about the pain your in, i can still tell im in pain its just i dont mind it. ibuprofen works better as far as pain relief, all the hardcore pain pills just alter your state of mind. also hardcore pain pills are seriously addictive and the mind altering effects make normal day to day life hard to deal with even conversing becomes strange.

Its sad though most Christians dont study there Bible nor the history of the early Church. Most people look at the Holy Bible from a USA Culture Perspective but not the Hebrew perspective. Please people its important to do your Hebre & Aramaic words studies for the Old testament & your Greek word studies for your New Testament. Sometimes words from other languages can't translate literally to English so they use the nearest word or words, but at times it loses its spiritual meat when translated.
