I got stuck here on my first play, but I beat the Air Rock, (I think thats what its called) before coming here.

You can come here before Air's Rock. In fact you are supposed to.

I know, but I went there first for leveling up, I do it all the time. By the time Im done with Air's Rock, Im Level 18 at Briggs.

Doing it that way makes the fight with Briggs a lot easier, but I like to challenge myself a bit.
