THANK YOU! This was the ONLY t-shirt reconstruction I've ever been successful at, because it was so easy to follow!

I did a little more, and using the leftover fabric from the sleeves, I wrapped a knotted rope up the shoulder, turning it into more of a tank top. It looks AWESOME!

What kind of shirt do you use for this? Do you start off with a somewhat baggy shirt, or maybe a really big over sized shirt? Or a somewhat fitting, but not too tight shirt? What did you use/what would give the best results?

@tAlYaH84 I literally just did a shirt like this and if you dont braid it, it doesnt look that bad. I was thinking I don't want to braid it, but I love it more braided. The more cuts you do (i did about 80 all together) the better the shirt looks with the braid.
