It is toxic but only in larger amounts. And its hard to get in your blood stream. Though I do agree it is fucking PHENOMENAL at closing a wound, it also stops it from healing when you have the glue inside the cut itself. The cells can't bridge the gap when its blocked by glue. A good technique for patching yourself up with it is to wrap the wound in copper wire (holding it closed) then glue on either side of the wound, cutting the excess wire so it holds it shut.
