  • Sounds like the techno i used to hear at Obsession back in the early 90s, blinding stuff mate, nice one =o)

  • This is definitely my favourite track!!!

...I'd like to see this on a vinyl ... ASAP!!!!!!!!

  • Probably a little longer than it needs to be.

Definitely not going to see vinyl any time soon...maybe I should just remix it...

  • yes, rmx sounds like a good idea!

  • yet more brain therapy, really like this1,dave angel / joey beltramish style

  • A little too long but I was having a good time that night...

  • Good acid, didn't know the moog could sound so close to the tb. The drum part sound a bit too "clean" to me, but nice anyway :)

  • ..... great disco lights!!!:) have to swich off metronome :-P cheers

  • Thanks...no metronome, that is YouTube's conversion software that makes that noise.

    Cheers

  • He is probably refering to your 909 ringshot sample. Make it bounce a little everynow and then so it doest sound like a steady metronome. Very impresive track Btw... just need some more variation. Check out "Plastikman - Spastik (Dubfire Rework)" for inspiration its up on youtube. Lovely techno tune.

  • You might be right about the Rimshot/metro comment. I've been thinking about how I'm going to vary this track up, still haven't worked it out. Spastik is pure class; I carry the original in my bag to this day.

    CHEERS from Chicago,

    RRKS

  • Thick as Hell .

    Nicely Done!

  • This tune teases because that lead is crying out for the real thing!! (or at least a closer emulation).

    I'd buy it then!

    Nice work.

    PEACE & CHEERS from Chicago,

    RRKS

  • Hey bud,

Of all your tracks, this is the one im feeling

the most! now heres a pointer for you, whatever your using for the bass or analogue sound, go up or down an octave! It will change the feel of the track leaving it less repetitve!

Now go and listen to NEW BEATS THE HOUSE by GREYHOUSE...This is a very good example of what im trying to say, sounds similar to this, plus its got female samples! something for the ladies to sing too!..lol

  • I feel you man...

Trust me - some vocoder action

    is coming soon.

    PEACE...

  • Tam,

    New Beats the House...

Just a PURE Chicago classic my friend.

I have beat motherfucker for years.

    IT IS TIMELESS.

    RR

  • Haha! :)

Take it from me - If you ever release a track on vinyl, this is the sure-fire killer thats gonna twist up da crowd!

    Now close ya eyes....and imagine!....

    Tam :)

  • Fantastic! uuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!

    It's crazy! Ye brow!

  • Excellent tune, what are you using for the acid riff?

  • Riffs by the Moog Voyager and Future Retro Revolution. PURE ANALOG...

  • Thought I recognised that acid sound, I also have a Revolution!

  • hey rrks i like your music x100, and i dont want to sound too stupid, but what is an EP? are you going to release your music on cd or something?

  • die mutter der musik ist acid, das is auch gut so

  • Danke

  • That's a fuckin' crackin' tune dude. Nice #1. Greetings from Dublin, Ireland...

  • this is a wonderful track...just one thing is missing just a little more speed and a couple more layers added...but man...NICE WORK

  • This was one of the slowest tracks I have ever done and Acid Reflux #008 is the same BPM. All of my other tracks run at a much faster BPM...Thanks for the comment.

    PEACE & CHEERS,

    RRKS

  • boring.

  • Thanks for your candid opinion...

  • is that a rack mount voyager you have there?

  • No...it's a Voyager Electric Blue. See my other videos for a view of the pitch & mod wheels lit up blue...

  • oh...i see now,you are right. hey, i been thinking about getting one(moog voyager) for quite some time. how are the synth basses on it, probably the best? also might get the ARTURIA software (7 vintage synths).

  • Let me put it to you this way, the bass on the Voyager can crack walls if you push it through the right system. Arturia is nice, I have a number of their soft synth's but they don't compare to the real deal. It's the same thing as trying to compare a real TB-303 with ReBirth or any of the copycat emulators.

  • i love the old school music (80's r&b). alot of those groups used the minimoog for synth bass and synth leads. you have some on there "cutiepie bass" and "flashlite 2004", old songs from ONEWAY and PARLIAMENT. i'm curious how those two patches sound compared to the original synth bass that they used on those two songs, among the other patches as well.

  • The Voyager is a whole different animal than the original Mini. It can replicate alot of its sounds but if you talk to a Moog enthusiast they will tell you that the original is fatter. I like having the banks of patches at my finger tips instead of having to recreate the sounds I want every time I turn it on. I am really happy with the Voyager so my quest to obtain a Mini has ended. Another nice piece is the Little Phatty Stage II, it is now black with an arp.

  • i've heard about the new little phatty with arp. yes, i would rather have a voyager than original mini (memory, midi and touchpad as a bonus). i just love the old funky bass lines and leads of the 80's. actually i might think the voyager is better than the original, who knows...i would have to hear them both.

  • YEAH ! I love it.

  • I listen. I like.

  • absolutely fucking rocking pal..

  • another killer...

  • i luv it! congrats.

  • This is the daddy now for me now.4 & 5 were soooo good & I never thought I would hear something from you that would change that.

FM @ 03:00 the angels on the clouds would be gyrating.

Only had it through the headphones at the minute. Can't wait to let the force of the amps feel it tomorrow.

    *****

  • HMZ,

I should have put up a version with a higher quality MP3 bit rate...this thing is massive on the system...

    PEACE

  • You owe me knew speakers. That'll rock any club.Good stuff.

  • Superb...as always RRKS69.

  • Nice analog monster with the good old oldschool feelin. As always acid at its best. So you just sold your first ep ;)

    Cheers and shotz back

    suicide

  • yes this is a must for your first first EP !

    nice and dirty trance! :)

  • Another great one...lovin the slight (to my mind) funky feel to it.
