I'd like to correct those of you who stated that vaporizers are for new age hipsters. I just received my Black on BLack SSV in the mail this morning. After a bit of trial and error I got it working decent. The instructions say it takes almost a week for the average person to get the hang of it. I'm very pleased with this product thus far and I can already tell that the experience will be better once I get the hang of it. Not to mention...she's awful pretty.

@DidguriDoo I was just citing two well known vaporizer brands. I've never used a volcano, nor have I had any interest in buying any bag style vape (due to the loud sound). I do own a Vapor Genie, Da Buddha (got both used), as well as a Chinese box style vape. I'm happy with my VG and DBV, so I see no reason to get another vape.

Don't thank me for purchasing this product. As a matter of fact I was seriously considering buying this unit but after watching this video I decided to go with the purple days. I think there were about 5 temp adjustments during this shoot. Also, I sent an email to 7th FL with a question and never heard from them. I own the SSV and Volcano, they both work the same, and the SSV heats up hella quicker. the volcano is all about the hype. its cool in the mainstream and its a big name, fat cat company. no doubt its worth the money. i absolutely love it. but in my opinion they are of equal quality. only downside of the SSV is no baloons! then again baloon one hitters get annoying when you are trying to heavily medicate.... id recommend not to buy the digital volcano i personly have a volcano classic but i have used both only difference between them is a digital screen, 2 extra buttons, and an extra $150. i think the digital wuld just have more things to break on it the classic just has a dial.

I just bought a silver surfer from my local shop, and I have never been as baked as I have with a J, blunt, my medicali pipe, steam roller, bubbler, or any stretch of the imagination. If you guys think vaporizers are for new age smokers, you're wrong.
It extracts 90% of the THC, and you can reuse the left over stuff and cook with it. If you use a bong or pipe, the fire burns off THC as soon as you light it. It's a product for stoners, people with asthma, and medical users.

@tekfox212800 The main benefits I've found in owning a vape are that they don't irritate the throat and lungs, they conserve weed while getting the user ripped, and that the vapor doesn't smell (essential for those of us living in apartments). I would agree that vapes are only a fad, if and only if, ecigs could be made to take marijuana. But they won't.

While they are rather expensive, the vast majority of vape owners buy the easy to set up and cheap box or dome style, rather than investing in a vaporbros or volcano. This is basically the same as the bong market. The majority of bong owners buy a basic, but cheap model. Very few purchase the more expensive models.

I do own a Vapor Genie, Da Buddha (got both used), as well as a Chinese box style vape. I'm happy with my VG and DBV, so I see no reason to get another vape.

Don't thank me for purchasing this product. As a matter of fact I was seriously considering buying this unit but after watching this video I decided to go with the purple days. I think there were about 5 temp adjustments during this shoot. Also, I sent an email to 7th FL with a question and never heard from them. At almost $300 a pop you would think they could hire someone to answer potential customer questions. Bad video representing your company, very bad music, overpriced product. Sorry

Im also a medical card holder and i completely disagree. I own the SSV and Volcano, they both work the same, and the SSV heats up hella quicker. the volcano is all about the hype. its cool in the mainstream and its a big name, fat cat company. no doubt its worth the money. i absolutely love it. but in my opinion they are of equal quality. only downside of the SSV is no baloons! then again baloon one hitters get annoying when you are trying to heavily medicate.... ONE LOVE PEOPLE

And they just make you break it because they cant legally break it themselves, just like when they ask you to empty your pockets or come into your house. yes even in canada. i live in canada and manage a headshop selling paraphernalia. it is completely legal to possess UNTIL it contains any resin from a controlled substance. the resin left over from cannabis or crack even is considered a controlled substance and to be in possession of it is illegal, most often though tornado is right they will just make you break it, however it is grounds for them to search you. i really suggest if you are going to be doing something illegal you know the law.
