vai em FERRAMENTAS e escolha o menu OPÇÕES, vai na guia MENSAGEM ao seu lado esquerdo e olhe se a opção MOSTRAR EMOTICONS está selecionada, se não, marque a caixa de seleção, dá um OK e olhe se os emoticons aparecem agora....

o cantasia é o melhor programa pra fazer video aula porem ele é muito lento!pra video aulas curta é bom usar o tipcam é igual o camtasia porem bem mais leve é bem parececido!
