I can't believe AFI won this. Where I live, if people ask who my favourite band is and I say AFI, they say "who the hell are they?". In the USA, they must be highly successful. I love all the bands that were nominated and the songs/videos were all great but honestly AFI deserved to win it. 2006 was their year and they're such amazing guys and I think that they truly deserved it. All the other bands have won these awards countless times and this was a great opportunity for AFI and for everyone to know just how fucking great and amazing they are. I'm a proud DF member and I totally voted like crazy for this like crazy :D haha

Wow, everyone nominated I love them soo much. I mean, "The Kill" one of the best rock songs ever, "I write sins not tragedies" fav song from PATD. "Wake me up when September ends" Green Day foeva rocking. "Dani California" I love RHCP. And Miss Murder is personally one of my favs as well. Close competetion. But, they are such great guys and most ppl just looked pissed. Kinda harsh. Anywho, I love how they dont let that get to them. I kept rewiding Davey huggin P!nk. Aww. Love the two.
