The American QAF will never be as good as the UK QAF. As usual the US took a 6 part story and tried to drag it out to a series. Just didn't work.

@mabit I reckon the US one was way better. I watched the UK version and yes it was good and original but all the acting wasn't as convincing. And Brian from the US version is a total babe. And you got to know the characters more and i love the US characters.

I believe the original was recorded in a Berlin opera house in May 1930,which gives the original an extra reverb.I am glad people are discovering how good this 20s 30s stuff can be.
