@qfarmer89 the tail lights, markers, and blinkers, and rear side windows are all tinted black, the rear trunk spoiler and the front chin spoiler are matte black, the front chin spoiler wasnt painted in those pictures, i just did that recently.
I thought it was cool sounding when the guy started this one up, but I'm apart of bimmerforums and they were saying that it may not have enough back pressure. How much did you give for this old car?
Ah, I see. Well, this one I'm looking at is identical to yours, except it has the tan cloth interior. Haven you had any issue with the exhaust being that way?
:o I'm amazed! I'm looking at buying a 1986 325es right now, and this one is the same color, and even has the exhaust coming out in front of the driver side rear tire. This wouldnt happen to be your car would it? Or is it just a normal thing for people to make the exhaust this way?
@qfarmer89 lol no its not mine, I've changed the car up a bit since this video. making the exhaust like that is the easiest way to make it loud, and the exhaust pipe is closer to that side so its fairly natural to do that i guess. its a good car, although its not the fastest, its extremely fun to drive.
Tell me, is this model fairly reliable? I have an opportunity to get one. I am pretty good with cars (ASE), I was just wondering about parts and such.
@musclekid13 Most likely there will be parts that will need to be fixed/replaced due to age and rust, but other than that these cars are reliable if taken care of.
great car, i have one just like it only white. 17 inch 6 spoke anthracite rev rims, 8mm bavarian autosport high performance plug wires, bavauto cold air intake, silver tipped bosch plugs. n two 12" subs in the trunk, maybe thatll give u some ideas
@CrowKaneII , since the video i've lowered the car with eibach springs and bilstein shocks, and put 17 in esm rims on it. I also put a straight through glass pack muffler to slightly lessen the sound. I'm gonna take a look at your suggestions of the cold air intake and the plug wires. i eventually want to turbo the car for a little more power. but anyway thanks for the feedback.

@qfarmer89 just the noise level and that it may rust out. mine has been changed back to the rear mostly for the noise level.
