Elder mask spfx review

thinking about buying a zombie one as an onstage costume in my band. do you think it'd be too hot to have on for 40-60 min on a hot stage? i dont want to pass out in it!

@0munkey0 yes mate, it would get very hot and sweaty inside. the longest i have worn my mask is about 1 1/2 hours, and that was at room temp, and i couldn't wait to take it off. but u could wear it for 10 minutes, then take off for 10 minutes, and so on. I mean it takes like 5 seconds to put on.

You never really said how realistic it was other than saying it was really realisitic and that you fooled people. But really... exactly how realistic is it? on a scale of 1-10.

@BratvaTV real life realism, i rate the mask 8.5 out of 10 on its own, when you dress it up with glasses and a costume together with a good performance, i give it a 10 / 10 and it is totally convincing to the victim. I love it.

@BratvaTV The funny thing about it is that from two feet away, people can't tell it's a mask. It's extremely realistic. When you look in the mirror, you won't even believe you are looking at yourself. As you could see from the beginning of his video, it's as if an actual Elder walked up and started talking to us.

Yes they ship worldwide, there is only one size, however, if you call them they can customize each mask at a cost

hi mate, no problem, as mentioned by "someguyfrom1985" all i used was a product called Loctite 401 or Loctite 406, watch my other video called 'Repair a tear in SPFX mask' I'm not sure if that product is available in the states, but it is very common in Australia. It is basically a super glue that works well on rubbers and plastics. It works wonders on silicon also. Good luck

Try using the sunglasses that old people where. The bulky black ones that they use after having eye surgery or something like that. That will help a million.

i bought the elder mask as well and should be here sometime this week. i do have a question regarding the eyes. you said a few people have caught u with the eyes. is there anyway besides glasses to make the eyes more realistic? please let me know. but none the less, it seems to be an awesome mask and cant wait to get it. thanks

I can't think of another way to disguise the imperfections around the eyes, the glasses were a cheap and excellent way to tuck everything in position. If you come up with any other methods, please let me know.

The glasses i wear are just a 2+ magnification reading lens, they cost me $4.
