This celebration is not ethiopian one. Its a celebration meant for tigrays only.

1. This celebration doesn't litrally include muslim ethiopians cos the calander is developed by the orthodox church, its completely an orthodox celebration.

2. It doesn't include all southerners like oromos, somalis etc who got their own calanders so for them its an imposition.

3. It doesn't include amhara cos they are being tortured by melese and don't even want to hear the word let alone the celebration.
