Singles aside, I am out of my comfort zone with the previews for the new album, most of the songs I didn't like it at all, but I have to listen to the whole thing to decide if this will be the only GazettE album I don't want to buy or if It will change my mind.
woooowww...i like it and i'm dying to listen to the whole songs and music, wanna listen to every songs, geeeezzz the gazette always surprised me with a taste of fashion in music, their versatility is unquestionable and that only proves that they can really fit to any genres, when i heard the UNTITLE, i am more surprised for the R&B style with rocking melody...geez thay are awesome and very talented..thay are unsinkable and unbeatable...and one thing i am sure of, the GazettE never bores me...
Well... We had the same reaction to previews. I was listening to them carefuly in a bus yesterday. So.. It was like 5.50 in the morning and wanted to jump and headbang all ove the bus... But, yeah... That wouldn't be very appropriate, right? Anyways.... I like it, it's different, and expect a lot from TOXIC. THE SUICIDE CIRCUS got me with the guitars, and MY DEVIL ON THE BED with Kai's drums, UNTITLED with soft sound... PSYCHOPATH - now that song I wanna hear ASAP!!!! All in all... they rock!
I have been hyped since they announced it. I have tried my best NOT to listen to the previews to make it that much more special, BUT, I failed this time and it was worth it. I am MUCH MORE excited to get it. The beginning sounds great and when it transitions into the darker songs, I am blown away. I hope I can survive the wait! Review is spot on!
First off I support Gazette all the way and they are the only VK band i listen too. listening to the previews has made me feel confused about the Gazette. I know they are trying new things, however, I miss the old Gazette from stacked rubbish and DIM. "The Invisible Wall" "Leech" "13 Stairs" Shiroki yuutsu, chizuru, gentle lie.. and so on. The new songs and lyrics seem kind of a bit confusing. I miss their Catchy chorus style that amps me up. They need another LEECH or Invisible Wall, befr i dec
I seriously spent a day listening to these previews on repeat. I wish it wasn't $40 to import the CD otherwise I would have ordered it the second it was announced. And the $10 digital download just isn't the same without the actual disc :( But I LOVE these previews. I can't wait to hear "Untitled", "Tomorrow Never Dies", and to see the video for "Suicide Circus" since they released the full song and PV preview. It seems like a more horrifying version of Britney Spears' "Circus" haha.

Oh man the preview blew me away as well! I was deep in doing my hw and saw there was a preview and stopped dead in my tracks to listen. It's the perfect next step from DIM. If there is one thing the GazettE knows how to do is blend an entire album into a work of art. Even the singles that sounded a bit generic sound amazing when put in context of the album. I really can't wait at this point! Nice review!
The different beats and rhythms blend amazingly well and this is more classic rocker GazettE mixed with their latest breakthrough. I can't wait for the full songs and of course their full PV. Always look forward to your reviews because your a true Gazetto fan just like me. I almost laughed when I heard you say that u just stopped in the middle of the school day to review the CD because no joke, as soon as I checked and saw the previews for the song I had to bite my tongue to keep from screaming in class ;)! I've been waiting months for these previews, as I check every single day for the newest GazettE songs and I absolutely LOVED THEM!!! the sounds just hypnotize and fascinate you, letting you melt into this somber, hard rock, electronic world and it's beautiful.
I completely agree with you about them trying new things. It's much better that they always try and go to different directions, even if they can't please everyone. Personally I'm really hyped up after listening to the previews. Absolutely fell in love with THE SUICIDE CIRCUS and UNTITLED and many others made an impression as well. Only ten more days to go~ ^^
My first impressions were the album was very Electronic and noisy. I hope its good. I guess they did this to have this album not conflict with their DIM. So you can listen to both albums and it won't get repetitive and you'll get a completely different feel from both.

Ever since Red came out I haven't really been excited nor impressed with the GazettE releases. I thought the album was also going to be like their singles but oh boy was I proven wrong! The previews just totally blew away! The new sounds in TOXIC has this mixture of old & new GazettE that blend in together just perfect. The GazettE really has impressed me with this Album and it hasn't even been released yet. Now I can't wait until Oct. 5th! I'm like counting down the days on my calendar! LOL xD

I'm sooo excited for this album! I have to say, I love what they're doing with their music lately. Although it's very different, it still has that Gazette quality to me. They are truly a talented group of people. And not only that but they are some of the most admirable people I know of.

It's nice seeing you so excited about the new GazettE release but I totally can understand you, for I'm not feeling any different. Yet I don't want to spoil my own excitement about TOXIC by getting a listen on the new songs before its release although it's great to here GazettE is doing dubstep, I think it might be fitting the course of musical change they were and are going. But I'll be waiting paitionally until release date to confirm myself on this even if it gets harder to resist day by day~

As much as I love the singles they've been releasing, I was really hoping the album wouldn't sound like them. And I haven't been disappointed. This sound that they're going with has definitely got me pumped for Toxic.
This new sound really surprised me! But it's like you said, it's something the band has needed to do recently and I must say I LOVE IT!!! It reminds me lot of Crossfaith in some ways...most definitely you can hear it in the dubstep in Venomous Cell. I'm really excited to hear the album because I do believe it's a little difficult to tell where a song is going to go with GazettE (eg. Remember the Urge) with the exception of PSYCHOPATH which seems like DISCHARGE 2.0, lol.
The dubstep surprised me when I first heard it, but I am really liking how they use it. I think that My Devil on the Bed is going to becoming my favorite song from this album. Untitled is very very pretty, compared to the other previews, it sounds like it is more stripped down.
Yeah, I'm very very excited too. I had to stop myself from listening to the previews over and over because I still want the album to feel fresh when the full versions are released.=D
I'm so pumped for this release from watching this review! I decided to not listen to the previews and wait until the release. I wasn't sure what to expect from TOXIC because their previous singles went in many different musical directions so I want to be surprised. I guess I have a bit of an idea of what the album is going to be like from watching this but I'll just have to wait until Oct. 5th!
When the intro started I was like "why is their dubstep playing instead of GazettE?" then you explained and I was like "HOLY CRAP, DUBSTEP AND GAZETTE!"

What else can I say? If you told e the GazettE were going Electro-Rock Fusion I would of laughed at you. but the opening to INFUSE INTO changed my mind. The GazettE can pull this off, It sounds fantastic and I am now HYPED for this album, It sounds like the GazettE have changed a HELL of a lot, But dare I say it...This is some of the best stuff I've heard from them...This makes up for the Singles. This is going to be the new standard for J-Rock EVERYWHERE.

Third, I have completely ignored Dubstep, because it’s just another populair mainstream genre and gazette totally raped that genre on this album. Fourth, listening to the entire preview I didn’t ONCE hear any decent guitar-riff, bass-line or drum-fill. It felt like all the instruments were playing mainstream rock, while the industrial sounds were taking over. Once again, I’m not a hater, but I guess most of you would understand that.
I really hated what they did on Vortex, so you can understand my happiness when I heard Remember the Urge – a beautiful song that IS gazette. That song isn’t even on the album, sigh. Second, when the Gazette releases an album called “toxic”, right after “remember the urge” is released I want something dark and obscure, not goofy and semi-industrial rock like a Vortex/Red-ish structure.
It’s sad but as a huge fan of the gazette I can honestly say that I’m already disappointed in this album, in so many ways. I will list the reasons why, not because I wanna hate, but because I think TheJrockfan deserves that. First off, I never got used to the singles, Red and Vortex. I felt they were monotone and just too experimental for my taste. It’s hard for me to deal with the fact that those two singles are supposed to be the backbone on this album. Thank god for pledge.
LOL. The starting reminds me of Ruki ways of dancing/movement when ever an instrument is playing. Anyway, your reviews are the best. I love it. Keep updating!

You really focus on the quality of the music and the emotions they are trying to portray. I've just heard the previews (eargasm - lmao) The album is basically the definition of epic - I love their look, album cover, songs and most importantly their incorporation of the electronic music genre, I ABSOLUTELY love it! I really hope they do a global tour, no one ever comes to Australia (with the exception of Miyavi of course). I swear, there isn't any releases of the GazettE that I don't like. They're such talented musicians but I just wish that PSC would give them a break :(
It sounds like they took everything they did to this point and made it heavier and fresh(Most of the Songs) plus incorporating electronic elements like dubstep for example and blend it together in perfect harmony. This already sound better than Dim which is hard to say right now.
You guys should know, I was told Uruha said that they want to turn into a metal band in the future, so i'm not sure if this is a beginning to that, but Would be damn epic. Btw, FREAKN AWESOME PREVIEWS, AND STOKED FOR THEIR ALBUM!

Singles aside, I am out of my comfort zone with the previews for the new album, most of the songs I didn't like it at all, but I have to listen to the whole thing to decide if this will be the only GazettE album I don't want to buy or if It will change my mind.

woooowww...i like it and i'm dying to listen to the whole songs and music, wanna listen to every songs, geeeezzz the gazette always surprised me with a taste of fashion in music, their versatility is unquestionable and that only proves that they can really fit to any genres, when i heard the UNTITLE, i am more surprised for the R&B style with rocking melody...geez thay are awesome and very talented..thay are unsinkable and unbeatable...and one thing i am sure of, the GazettE never bores me...

Well... We had the same reaction to previews. I was listening to them carefuly in a bus yesterday. So.. It was like 5.50 in the morning and wanted to jump and headbang all ove the bus... But, yeah... That wouldn't be very appropriate, right? Anyways.... I like it, it's different, and expect a lot from TOXIC. THE SUICIDE CIRCUS got me with the guitars, and MY DEVIL ON THE BED with Kai's drums, UNTITLED with soft sound... PSYCHOPATH - now that song I wanna hear ASAP!!!! All in all... they rock!

I have been hyped since they announced it. I have tried my best NOT to listen to the previews to make it that much more special, BUT, I failed this time and it was worth it. I am MUCH MORE excited to get it. The beginning sounds great and when it transitions into the darker songs, I am blown away. I hope I can survive the wait! Review is spot on!

First off I support Gazette all the way and they are the only VK band i listen too. listening to the previews has made me feel confused about the Gazette. I know they are trying new things, however, I miss the old Gazette from stacked rubbish and DIM. "The Invisible Wall" "Leech" "13 Stairs" Shiroki yuutsu, chizuru, gentle lie.. and so on. The new songs and lyrics seem kind of a bit confusing. I miss their Catchy chorus style that amps me up. They need another LEECH or Invisible Wall, befr i dec

I seriously spent a day listening to these previews on repeat. I wish it wasn't $40 to import the CD otherwise I would have ordered it the second it was announced. And the $10 digital download just isn't the same without the actual disc :( But I LOVE these previews. I can't wait to hear "Untitled", "Tomorrow Never Dies", and to see the video for "Suicide Circus" since they released the full song and PV preview. It seems like a more horrifying version of Britney Spears' "Circus" haha.

Oh man the preview blew me away as well! I was deep in doing my hw and saw there was a preview and stopped dead in my tracks to listen. It's the perfect next step from DIM. If there is one thing the GazettE knows how to do is blend an entire album into a work of art. Even the singles that sounded a bit generic sound amazing when put in context of the album. I really can't wait at this point! Nice review!

The different beats and rhythms blend amazingly well and this is more classic rocker GazettE mixed with their latest breakthrough. I can't wait for the full songs and of course their full PV. Always look forward to your reviews because your a true Gazetto fan just like me. Also, looks like any assumptions about their vk style going away has fortunately been dismissed, I adore their new punk goth look and I see Ruki is back in glitter :D GAZEROCK NOT DEAD

I almost laughed when I heard you say that u just stopped in the middle of the school day to review the CD because no joke, as soon as I checked and saw the previews for the song I had to bite my tongue to keep from screaming in class ;)! I've been waiting months for these previews, as I check every single day for the newest GazettE songs and I absolutely LOVED THEM!!! the sounds just hypnotize and fascinate you, letting you melt into this somber, hard rock, electronic world and it's beautiful.

I completely agree with you about them trying new things. It's much better that they always try and go to different directions, even if they can't please everyone. Personally I'm really hyped up after listening to the previews. Absolutely fell in love with THE SUICIDE CIRCUS and UNTITLED and many others made an impression as well. Only ten more days to go~ ^^

My first impressions were the album was very Electronic and noisy. I hope its good. I guess they did this to have this album not conflict with their DIM. So you can listen to both albums and it won't get repetitive and you'll get a completely different feel from both.

It's really different from what I've expected and I'm glad that it is. The change in musical direction doesn't really bother me as much as it does others. Except for shiver, I still found myself enjoying every new single they've put out... And this album just makes me even more excited as to what they'll be releasing in the future...

Ever since Red came out I haven't really been excited nor impressed with the GazettE releases. I thought the album was also going to be like their singles but oh boy was I proven wrong! The previews just totally blew away! The new sounds in TOXIC has this mixture of old & new GazettE that blend in together just perfect. The GazettE really has impressed me with this Album and it hasn't even been released yet. Now I can't wait until Oct. 5th! I'm like counting down the days on my calendar! LOL xD

At a first glance, I find that ruki has lost that emotion in his voice found in DIM. I thought this with the singles as well, apart from pledge.
It sounds too 'produced'.
Hopefully when the FULL songs come out, I'll see differently :S

I'm sooo excited for this album! I have to say, I love what they're doing with their music lately. Although it's very different, it still has that Gazette quality to me. They are truly a talented group of people. And not only that but they are some of the most admirable people I know of.

It's nice seeing you so excited about the new GazettE release but I totally can understand you, for I'm not feeling any different. Yet I don't want to spoil my own excitement about TOXIC by getting a listen on the new songs before its release although it's great to here GazettE is doing dubstep, I think it might be fitting the course of musical change they were and are going. But I'll be waiting paitionally until release date to confirm myself on this even if it gets harder to resist day by day~

This new sound really surprised me! But it's like you said, it's something the band has needed to do recently and I must say I LOVE IT!!! It reminds me lot of Crossfaith in some ways...most definitely you can hear it in the dubstep in Venomous Cell. I'm really excited to hear the album because I do believe it's a little difficult to tell where a song is going to go with GazettE (eg. Remember the Urge) with the exception of PSYCHOPATH which seems like DISCHARGE 2.0, lol.

The dubstep surprised me when I first heard it, but I am really liking how they use it. I think that My Devil on the Bed is going to becoming my favorite song from this album. Untitled is very very pretty, compared to the other previews, it sounds like it is more stripped down.

I'm so pumped for this release from watching this review! I decided to not listen to the previews and wait until the release. I wasn't sure what to expect from TOXIC because their previous singles went in many different musical directions so I want to be surprised. I guess I have a bit of an idea of what the album is going to be like from watching this but I'll just have to wait until Oct. 5th!

What else can I say? If you told e the GazettE were going Electro-Rock Fusion I would of laughed at you. but the opening to INFUSE INTO changed my mind. The GazettE can pull this off, It sounds fantastic and I am now HYPED for this album, It sounds like the GazettE have changed a HELL of a lot, But dare I say it...This is some of the best stuff I've heard from them...This makes up for the Singles. This is going to be the new standard for J-Rock EVERYWHERE.

I listened to the previews about half an hour ago, and now the video is gone. Damn PS Company and their copyright laws.
I found the previews good. Looking forward to My Devil on the Bed, Ruthless Deed and Psychopath. They sound like they have serious potential!
Also, Sludgy Cult didn't sound like anything like I thought it would. I imagined it would be heavier, the title seemed like that.
I hope it doesn't leak. Especially since I preordered mine >.<

Third, I have completely ignored Dubstep, because it’s just another populair mainstream genre and gazette totally raped that genre on this album. Fourth, listening to the entire preview I didn’t ONCE hear any decent guitar-riff, bass-line or drum-fill. It felt like all the instruments were playing mainstream rock, while the industrial sounds were taking over. Once again, I’m not a hater, but I guess most of you would understand that.

I really hated what they did on Vortex, so you can understand my happiness when I heard Remember the Urge – a beautiful song that IS gazette. That song isn’t even on the album, sigh. Second, when the Gazette releases an album called “toxic”, right after “remember the urge” is released I want something dark and obscure, not goofy and semi-industrial rock like a Vortex/Red-ish structure.

It’s sad but as a huge fan of the gazette I can honestly say that I’m already disappointed in this album, in so many ways. I will list the reasons why, not because I wanna hate, but because I think TheJrockfan deserves that. First off, I never got used to the singles, Red and Vortex. I felt they were monotone and just too experimental for my taste. It’s hard for me to deal with the fact that those two singles are supposed to be the backbone on this album. Thank god for pledge.

I really like your videos because you always give your honest opinion and your not bias just because you like them. You really focus on the quality of the music and the emotions they are trying to portray. I haven't heard the Gazette previews because I don't want to hear it until I'm holding the album in my hand so its nice to see that you think they have actually done something great and unexpected^^

I've just heard the previews (eargasm - lmao) The album is basically the definition of epic - I love their look, album cover, songs and most importantly their incorporation of the electronic music genre, I ABSOLUTELY love it! I really hope they do a global tour, no one ever comes to Australia (with the exception of Miyavi of course). I swear, there isn't any releases of the GazettE that I don't like. They're such talented musicians but I just wish that PSC would give them a break :(
