I used to like fire but I haven't liked it since my husband died in a structure fire.

I still can't figure out why they couldn't get him out, but I'm overly emotional about it.

I think "If they could get other people out, they should have gotten him out."

I know in my head that isn't true, but my heart still hasn't got the message. : )

I mostly do wildland fire, bigger fires and I don't run the chance of having the roof cave in on me...
