For the people who didn't see WagLogon. My suggestion is Go to Options---->Filter Options ----> unchecked Hide Window entries and try to check it again. I hope it helps..

For those who knock it I can promise that it does work and it''s worth perservering with. Having initially found nothing under Winlogin I rebooted in Safe Mode to unseccessfully attempt some settings which I'd read about elsewhere. No joy so I tried Autorun again. Still nothing under Winlogin but I clicked on the User tab and changed from TAL to NT authority system - or the other way round. Anyway loads of lines came up including the WGALogon which i unchecked. Briliant simple, worked. YEAH

There are several menu options. File - Entry - Options - User - Help. I clicked on WinLogon which was blank then clicked the User tab and changed user which brought up the relevant lines. I had logged in with Safe Mode due to trying something else at the time, don't knwo whether that made a difference. Someone else recommends clicking on the Windlogon tab then trying File > Refresh. I also ran the Autorunsc.exe 1st.

.....oh yeah, and just before I changed user I did what harshjasani100 suggested above, which was to untick the Hide Windows Entries under the Options menu. I have a feeling that by changing the entry under User I was doing the same thing as unchecking the hide windows entries and File Refresh or F5 as suggested in that post. But let me know if it doesn't work and I'll get onto my mate for a different fix.

I have a solution for them who said they cant find the 'wgalogon' in the list...

Click on 'options' and then click 'Hide Windows Entries' if ticked....

and then click File > Refresh . And then hidden entries will be shown and 'wgalogon' will be one of them...

Man I fix computers and what I use to eliminate that problem is RemoveWAT, an easy little program that you can find on google and extract it and run it, it takes care of the problem easily... Run as administrator and if you cant open it check your antivirus because its fckin blocking it from running, and NO, its not a virus, google about the program if you want to! it removes everything related to update KB971033 (Windows Authentication Tool) avoid instaling this update again
