a few questions.. Why does it need the other pump that you welded onto the frame??coz the engine already Has a water pump.. and also.. Why water that is circulating around the engine?? that stuff is Nasty and Real dirty not to mention coolant will be in it.. unless you opted for just water...
Maybe you need a cover for the tub to help with the sloshing. You could add a swivle wheel to the back to help keep the weight from lifting the front.

people build very creative madmax style contraptions and exhibit them as moving art. I have never attended...just saw vids on it.
