Slash had such awesome riffs/solos that were so out of the box, and shouldn't have worked together, but somehow did. Angus' riffs/solos were very basic, but some how he made them soooooooooooooo freaking awesome even thought it's mostly just basic scales I don't think anyone would ever be able to put something like his together. I've gotta say it's not a fair match up they're both awesome in different ways.

Slash will never be able to do a solo like Angus does. It's pathetic to use this recordings when anyone with half a brain knows that Angus real magic happens live, his 45 minutes of solo fire and explosion, while Slash never risks going too far from what he does in studio.

@mchelo18 no, slash is better . most of angus´ riffs are like 3 open chords and thats it. boring as fuck. but slash´s riffs are a lot harder like sweet child and so on. meanwhile, anyone could play acdc songs very easily because they are just so easy :D(solos are easier too). so thats why slash is better.

Sweet Child of Mine is a cheezy, girly, whinny riff if you want my opinion. It's obvious that Angus could do that with his hands tied behind his back, but he likes to keep it simple and powerful. And not in a million years Slash's solos are harder than Angus', you only need one ear to know that, but GNR widows will always argue differently because they can't accept the obvious truths.

@mchelo18 when you listen to and acdc song, there is exactly one and the same riff over and over again with a pathetic solo in between. and the worst part is, those riffs are the easiest ones that a person could play.(mostly A D and G chords), but when you listen to a guns song, you never hear the same riff over and over . thats why guns n roses music is a lot more attractive ;)

@MrStrat23 angus' riffs are extremley boring, solos are easy, and he is a midget. slash's riffs are pretty hard, attractive and agressive, his solos are also hard and kinda blusey, wich is the biggest difference between angus and slash. slash has elements of blues in his music, wich makes it so much better than angus' music. oh, and calling him gay? he probably has had sex with more women than you have jerked off.
