dude, it's easy to tell that it's not a real problem, but a timing problem in the video itself. the audio stayed constant and the video didn't. i think the cadets can march at 120 bpm..

its kind of nice, cause it acts like a sort of ballast/counterweight to your bottom half, and helps keep your upper body steady.

Did they do this before every show? Never did anything like this when i marched. you warmed up in a horn arc and did the show. seem to work

every drum corps does a visual warm-up before a show.. unless of course theres a problem and your corps there late to every show...
