It has nothing to do with the engine size! It's how it built!! My 3.2 Liter V6 kills 2011 5.0 stangs and new Camaro SS's as well as the V8 bmw M3. Just a few easy mods under $1500. A WS6 isn't even a worthy challenge.

@KEVINtulo - I love Trans Ams, and have been looking for one to buy when I trade in my '08 Charger. But I also have a '94 Mustang GT with a Kenne Bell supercharger. What's cool about the Mustangs, is that there's more aftermarket parts for these cars than any other car on the road. My GT ran 10's at Portland International Raceway, and dyno'd at 725 horsepower at the crank, all with stock drivetrain and axles. That power woulda snapped other car drivetrains like a twig. Got my eye on an '01 TA!!
@BRUTESH0T lmao...just a small 4.6. I guess mine's special because it doesn't seem to have a problem with most Corvettes even though I consider my car to be pretty damn slow.
@NaDeS077, hmm.. whats done to the 4.6? betting its nowhere near stock. seeing as a stock they have 215 horsepower.. and even if it was a svt cobra, they're only rated at 305 horsepower..and a corvette (from year 2000+) 2000 model corvette using the ls1 LEV complaint 5.7l is pushing 345 horsepower. The horsepower numbers only continue to get higher for the corvette.. also the vette weighs 3245lbs, while the (94-98) mustangs weigh 3747 lbs.. so no way yours is stock.
@amyntage I never said it was a Fox or non-New Edge SN95, just that it had a 4.6. Try 390 (underrated) HP from the factory. Even with IRS, my car weighs 3665, not 3700+. My engine has no internal mods at all. Just intake, exhaust, pullies, and tune. In the Cobra world, that's pretty close to stock anymore. A C5Z only weighs 3115 lbs, but that HP deficit is too much for it to overcome. Considering the fact that my car was never supposed to compete with Vettes, I think that's pretty good.
@mikodelick early model SVT's weren't supercharged until 04-05 (i believe) and made 320 hp..so sorry about the 15 horsepower difference.. the supercharged SVTs did produce around 390 horsepower. Also, why the fuck would i go kill myself? Just becuase you didn't understand that not all SVT cobras were supercharged? No, i think i'll pass on your suggestion to do so.

@ItsA2000 After market TSW wheels in but OEM size. Junk though, pitting after 6 months:( I also love the sound of V8's but for light sportscars the V8's are too heavy. Corvette's figured it out but are too pricey;) without me in it, my car is under 3200 lbs so the 400+ HP has little burden.

It has nothing to do with the engine size! It's how it built!! My 3.2 Liter V6 kills 2011 5.0 stangs and new Camaro SS's as well as the V8 bmw M3. Just a few easy mods under $1500. A WS6 isn't even a worthy challenge.

@KEVINtulo - I love Trans Ams, and have been looking for one to buy when I trade in my '08 Charger. But I also have a '94 Mustang GT with a Kenne Bell supercharger. What's cool about the Mustangs, is that there's more aftermarket parts for these cars than any other car on the road. My GT ran 10's at Portland International Raceway, and dyno'd at 725 horsepower at the crank, all with stock drivetrain and axles. That power woulda snapped other car drivetrains like a twig. Got my eye on an '01 TA!!

@NaDeS077, hmm.. whats done to the 4.6? betting its nowhere near stock. seeing as a stock they have 215 horsepower.. and even if it was a svt cobra, they're only rated at 305 horsepower..and a corvette (from year 2000+) 2000 model corvette using the ls1 LEV complaint 5.7l is pushing 345 horsepower. The horsepower numbers only continue to get higher for the corvette.. also the vette weighs 3245lbs, while the (94-98) mustangs weigh 3747 lbs.. so no way yours is stock.

@amyntage I never said it was a Fox or non-New Edge SN95, just that it had a 4.6. Try 390 (underrated) HP from the factory. Even with IRS, my car weighs 3665, not 3700+. My engine has no internal mods at all. Just intake, exhaust, pullies, and tune. In the Cobra world, that's pretty close to stock anymore. A C5Z only weighs 3115 lbs, but that HP deficit is too much for it to overcome. Considering the fact that my car was never supposed to compete with Vettes, I think that's pretty good.

@mikodelick early model SVT's weren't supercharged until 04-05 (i believe) and made 320 hp..so sorry about the 15 horsepower difference.. the supercharged SVTs did produce around 390 horsepower. Also, why the fuck would i go kill myself? Just becuase you didn't understand that not all SVT cobras were supercharged? No, i think i'll pass on your suggestion to do so.
