im a noob who knows nothing of recording, but how did you get her vocals singled out like that without a backing track? same goes for your "sexy and i know it" video, although i cant tell if that was you or the actual singer of LMFAO :P

@MA1S0 The LMFAO cover was actually using a vocal cover I found, it wasn't the original vocals. For this one however, what I did was I attempted to get rid of all the frequencies that did not have vocals. For example, I eliminate everything below 200 Hz to get rid of all the bass and some mid ranges. I did the same for above 2 Khz I think. You can still hear some of the backing track, but it worked well enough in this case.

@iiDaBoss I used Superior Drummer 2.0. And all the guitar and bass parts were recorded using a line 6 POD Studio GX. It was all put together using Reaper, the tones are a mix of POD farm and redWIRez
