This is a very classy rendition of an old song by Betty Hutton covered by a young girl. Nothing in the song is sexually suggestive - it's basically about the beauties of an innocent type of love. Compare this to the lyrics of what her peers are listening to. I think that you're way incorrect in your assessment of this. I'm sure the girl loved the applause.
